This policy covers the website at madebyzl.com. Products built by ZL Studio have their own privacy policies, because they handle different data for different reasons. GoWeya's policy is published with GoWeya.

The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no tracking of any kind. Nothing on it is loaded from a third party. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the contact form and send us on purpose.

Who we are

ZL Studio is a brand of ZL Technologies, which is the controller of any personal information described here. You can reach us atadmin@madebyzl.com about anything in this policy.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, optionally your company, and whatever you write in the message. You choose all of it.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request information, including IP address, user agent, and the page requested. We do not use these to build a profile of you and we do not connect them to form submissions.

We do not collect anything else. There is no advertising identifier, no pixel, no fingerprinting, and no third-party script on any page.

Why we hold it, and for how long

Contact form submissions are used to answer you and, if it goes further, to quote and run the work. We keep enquiries that do not lead anywhere for twelve months and then delete them. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence is kept for as long as we need it for the engagement and our records afterwards.

The lawful basis is your consent when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers our email. Your submission passes through their infrastructure, and they hold the server logs described above.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. Nobody receives it who is not necessary to deliver a reply to you.

Cookies

This site sets none. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, this section changes first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@madebyzl.com and we will action it within thirty days. You do not need to explain why, and asking costs you nothing.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 through it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we handle information you have already given us will be emailed to you rather than quietly published.
